Terms of Membership

**1. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information**  
**a. Fulfillment of Service Contracts and Billing**  
Provision of services, content delivery, purchase and payment processing, product delivery or invoice dispatch, identity verification for financial transactions, and provision of financial services.  

**b. Member Management**  
Identity verification for membership-based services, individual identification, prevention of misuse by fraudulent members and unauthorized access, confirmation of membership intent, age verification, parental consent verification for collecting personal information of children under 14, handling complaints and resolving grievances, and delivering notifications.  

**2. Items of Personal Information Collected**  
Name, login ID, password, email address, and information of the legal guardian for members under 14 years of age.  

**3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information**  
In principle, personal information is promptly destroyed once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, certain information is retained for specified periods due to the reasons outlined below:  

**a. Retention for Internal Company Policy**  
- **Reason:** Prevention of fraudulent transactions and adherence to mall operation policies.  
- **Retention Period:** 5 years  

**b. Retention According to Relevant Laws**  
**Records Related to Contracts or Withdrawal of Subscription**  
- **Reason:** Compliance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.  
- **Retention Period:** 5 years  

**Records Related to Payment and Supply of Goods**  
- **Reason:** Compliance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.  
- **Retention Period:** 5 years  

**Records Related to Consumer Complaints or Dispute Resolution**  
- **Reason:** Compliance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.  
- **Retention Period:** 3 years  

**Log Records**  
- **Reason:** Compliance with the Protection of Communications Secrets Act.  
- **Retention Period:** 3 months  

※ Consent is optional, but refusal to consent will prevent membership registration.
